Acceptable, but Several Issues Need Addressing

missing shampoohotel refresh
My stay involved some frustrations. The room lacked basic toiletries. There was no shampoo provided, I find this unacceptable for a hotel charging that price per night. The lack of hot water in the morning was also rather unpleasant. It also needs a refresh. It looks tired.

The location is amazing for airport access. i walked directly from the terminal. It's connected. breakfast had many choices and tasted fresh. my room had blackout curtains that blocked the morning light very well.
the in-room phone did not work, so i had to walk to reception for assistance.

The room lacked basic amenities. There was no shampoo. the price felt exorbitant for just one night, especially since breakfast wasn't included. i paid a lot for the location, but the room was disappointing.
